The NS Novelties Electra Wrist Cuffs combine pink adjustable buckle straps, black neoprene lining, metal D-rings and the short connector shown between them. Buckle each wrist, clip the pair together and decide whether those hands belong above the head, behind the back or exactly where you can keep an eye on them.
Buckle one padded cuff around each wrist
Place the black lining against the skin, feed the pink strap through its buckle and choose a hole that holds securely without crushing the wrist. Check that you can still slip a fingertip beneath the cuff and that the hand remains warm and normally coloured.
Each cuff is listed at 36.4 cm long, 5.3 cm wide and 2 cm thick. No verified wearable circumference is published, so measure the actual wrists rather than assuming the buckle will sort out every optimistic plan.
The neoprene lining softens the restraint

Put both wrists above the head
