Will an under-bed set fit a king bed?

Only if its stated dimensions and routing support that bed. Check the manufacturer’s fit range rather than relying on the product photograph.

Can I use any cuffs with bed restraints?

Only compatible cuffs and connectors intended for the system. A clip fitting through a ring does not prove suitability.

Are under-bed restraints designed for suspension?

Do not assume so. Bed restraint straps are not a substitute for purpose-designed, rated suspension equipment.

Can the straps stay under the mattress?

Follow the maker’s storage guidance and consider access, wear and other bed users. Inspect the equipment before each use.
