Discreet shipping across Australia and New Zealand

Down Under Thunder ships orders discreetly from Australia. Orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the products purchased or Down Under Thunder on the outside of the parcel.

Free express shipping in Australia

Orders of AUD $100 or more qualify for free express shipping within Australia.

Standard and express shipping options may both be available at checkout. Any applicable paid shipping rates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Dispatch

Orders placed on business days before 2pm Melbourne time are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays are generally dispatched on the next business day.

If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering or as soon as possible after placing your order.

Tracking

We use Australia Post for delivery. Orders are trackable and tracking details are sent when your order is dispatched.

Australian delivery

Standard and express delivery options are available depending on your delivery address. Delivery estimates and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.

Orders of AUD $100 or more receive free express shipping within Australia.

Delivery estimates can vary for regional and remote locations and may also be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Authority to leave and signature delivery

Where delivery options allow you to choose between signature-required delivery and authority to leave, please select the option that best suits your address.

If authority to leave is selected, the carrier may leave the parcel at the delivery address where it considers the location safe. If the location is not considered suitable, the carrier may redirect the parcel for collection.

New Zealand delivery

We also ship to New Zealand. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery address.
