Discreet Delivery On All Orders - Free Shipping Over $99

                               

At Down Under Thunder, we pride ourselves on our fast and discreet dispatch service, which allows our fun-loving customers to enjoy their purchases hassle-free and as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Australia (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you place your order Monday to Friday before 2pm AEDT, it will be dispatched on the same day.

If you've missed the 2pm cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.

We utilise Australia Post. All orders are fully trackable, an email containing your tracking link will be issued on the day of dispatch.

Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. For further discretion, the sender’s name will not be displayed on the parcel.

Most parcels are arriving on time, but delays may be experienced. Logistical operations are being affected by COVID-19 cases around the globe.

* On any given day hundreds of postal team members are in self-isolation.

* Mail and parcel processing facilities may be affected by temporary closures.

* State border closures and COVID-19 related airline disruptions mean there are fewer flights available to transport mail and parcels and this may cause longer delivery times.

We kindly request our customers allow for potential delays of up to 5 business days for deliveries (in addition to the standard time frames outlined below).

The standard shipping service offers two options:

Option 1: Signature required (recommended)

This option requires your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a 'missed delivery' card will be left so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

When using this service, we fully guarantee the delivery of your parcel.

Option 2: Authority to leave (ATL)

If you choose this option, your order may be left unattended at the delivery address.

However, if the area is deemed unsafe for delivery, the postal service worker or driver, may choose to leave a 'missed delivery' card so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

By choosing the ATL option, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.

Express: 1-3 business days - AU$16.99 per order

Some deliveries may take slightly longer than stated, especially those outside metropolitan areas.

This service does not require your signature when the parcel is delivered.

If you choose this option, your order may be left unattended at the delivery address.

However, if the area is deemed unsafe for delivery, the postal service worker or driver, may choose to leave a 'missed delivery' card so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

By choosing the express shipping option, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.
