The Bound V1 uses two flat metal bars and twin screws on each clamp to press around the nipple. Turn both knurled knobs gradually to bring the bars together, creating slow, even pressure with a chunky bondage look that leaves absolutely no mystery about what you are into.
Place the nipple between the two flat bars
Loosen both screws until there is enough room between the bars, position the nipple in the centre and hold the clamp steady. Turn each knob a little at a time until both sides sit evenly.

Turn both screws to increase the pressure
