Your arse does not need to go from zero to hero in one heroic shove. This three-piece Wendy Williams anal trainer kit gives you a small, medium and large purple plug so you can start with the one your body is actually ready for.
The smallest plug is smooth and straight. The medium adds one rounded swell, while the large gives you two fuller swells along a longer shaft. Each one is flexible, tapered at the tip and finished with a wide base that stays outside your body where it belongs.
Start with the small plug
The small plug measures approximately 11.9 cm overall with 9.9 cm insertable and a maximum width around 1.9 cm. Add plenty of water-based anal lube, ease the narrow tip in slowly and let your body settle before moving any deeper.
This is the size for learning what relaxed actually feels like. If your arse is clenching hard enough to crack walnuts, stop pushing, add more lube and give it another minute.
Move up when small feels easy
The medium plug measures approximately 13.4 cm overall with 12.7 cm insertable and a maximum width around 2.8 cm. Its single rounded swell creates a more noticeable stretch as it passes, then the narrower section gives your muscles somewhere to rest.
There is no prize for reaching the medium on day one. Use the small plug over several sessions, play with it during masturbation or oral, and move up only when the smaller size slides in without a fight.
Finish with the large double-swell plug
The largest plug measures approximately 17.5 cm overall with 16.5 cm insertable and a maximum width around 3.5 cm. Two rounded swells make the build-up more intense and give you two delicious moments of stretch on the way in.
Take it slowly and pause after the first swell if that is already plenty. You can work towards the full length over time, or decide halfway is where your arse is happiest. Training is supposed to make bigger play feel better, not turn your bedroom into a competitive sport.
Use them solo or hand control to your partner
Run the session yourself so you control every centimetre, or lie back and let a partner guide the plug while you tell them exactly when to slow down, stop or keep going. The different sizes also make the kit useful for couples who do not want the same amount of stretch.
Wash each PVC plug before and after use with warm water and suitable toy cleaner, then dry it completely before storage. Use water-based lube, keep each wide base outside your body and do not jump to the next size until the current one feels properly comfortable.
