This pair of glow-in-the-dark ankle cuffs combines white PU leather, black padding, adjustable buckle straps and metal D-rings. They look almost innocent in daylight. Then the room goes dark and, crikey, somebody's legs are still advertising exactly where they have been restrained.
Charge the cuffs under light before play
