Two bars control the arms and legs
The longer 64 cm bar holds the ankles apart while the shorter 31 cm bar keeps the wrists separated. Use either bar on its own, or connect them with the supplied nylon strap for a more restrictive position.

Four neoprene cuffs adjust around the limbs
