The open ring puts the mouth on display
The silicone ring measures 4.5 cm across and 2.5 cm thick. Once fitted, it holds the lips apart and leaves the open centre visible for drooling, teasing and whatever filthy instructions the person wearing it is now poorly equipped to answer.
Unlike a solid ball gag, the centre is open. That changes the look and leaves direct access through the ring, which may be exactly why this one caught your eye.
Fit the gag before the scene gets heated
Place the silicone ring gently behind the lips and in front of the teeth, then bring the strap around the head. Buckle it firmly enough to stay centred without crushing the face or pulling painfully at the corners of the mouth.
Check the fit while everyone is calm and fully able to communicate. Finding out the fourth buckle hole is a terrible idea is considerably easier before somebody is tied to the bed.
Speech becomes messy very quickly

Clean the silicone ring after every mouth

Dry the complete gag before storing it with the buckle closed loosely. Mouth toys get personal fast, so use a separate gag for each person rather than passing one around like party dip.
