Men's Lingerie: Give Them Something to Look At

Your arse deserves better than worn-out undies with saggy elastic. Men's lingerie gives you plenty of ways to make the view more interesting: sheer briefs, lace trunks, a thong or a jockstrap that leaves the back very much open for admiration.

Start with what you fancy showing off. The useful choices are how much fabric you want, where you want support and whether the outfit is staying under your clothes or getting an audience of its own.

Briefs and trunks, with more to look at

Briefs leave more of the thighs bare, while trunks extend a little further down the legs. Both can feel familiar to wear, which makes the change to lace, mesh or cut-outs the interesting part.

A sheer trunk can keep the outline of ordinary underwear while revealing considerably more beneath it. Lace briefs add a pattern against the skin instead. Same general territory as your everyday pair, much less interest in being sensible.

A defined waistband gives the look a clear edge. A lower rise shows more hip; a higher rise covers more of the lower stomach. Choose the shape you like seeing on yourself, rather than assuming less fabric always makes the better outfit.

Want your arse on show?

A thong leaves most of the cheeks bare, with a narrow strip running between them. A jockstrap supports the front and uses straps around the back instead of a full fabric seat. Both show plenty, but they look and feel different.

The thong's narrow back keeps the look minimal. A jockstrap's straps frame the arse and bring a sportier edge, particularly with a broad waistband. If that is the bit of you you'd like admired, neither design is being shy about it.

Comfort matters here because the straps stay close to the body. You want them sitting flat, with room to move, rather than digging in every time you sit down. Looking good should leave you free to enjoy being looked at.

Mesh and lace show different amounts of skin

Fine mesh gives a hazy view through the fabric. Larger net openings reveal more clearly. Lace mixes its pattern with open areas, so some parts stay covered while others show skin underneath.

Black lace against bare thighs creates a different mood from bright mesh or a mostly opaque pair with one sheer panel. You can go for a little glimpse or make the underwear itself the entire outfit. There is no need to buy the boldest option if a smaller reveal is the bit you fancy.

An open shirt or loosely tied robe can give either look a little build-up. Leave the front open enough to show the waistband, then let the underwear do the rest. Getting dressed for a night in can be a good excuse to spend less time fully dressed.

Make room at the front

A shaped pouch gives the penis and testicles more space than a flat front. That matters more than the letter on the size label: a waistband can fit while the pouch still feels cramped.

For the waistband, use the measurement where the underwear will actually sit. Low-rise briefs sit differently from a pair worn higher up. Stretch gives you some movement, but it cannot turn a shallow pouch into a roomy one.

The same applies to straps and openings. They should sit where the design intends without pinching or constant rearranging. You bought the underwear to show off your package, not spend the evening negotiating with it.

Add a bodysuit, shirt or robe

A bodysuit or one-piece adds the chest, waist and back to the look. It can be as much about a deep neckline or open back as the underwear below. Because the top and bottom are joined, torso length matters as well as width; a piece that pulls through the crotch will not improve with determination.

For separate pieces, you can keep the styling simple. A plain shirt with lace briefs, a robe over sheer trunks or a jockstrap worn on its own each gives a different amount of reveal. Pick the part of the outfit you want noticed and give it some space.
