The Sportsheets Edge Interchangeable Ring Gag includes two stainless-steel rings measuring 3.5 cm and 5.1 cm. Use either ring by itself or snap them together, then adjust the black buckle strap so the chosen ring stays centred between the teeth.
Choose the 3.5 cm or 5.1 cm ring
The smaller 3.5 cm ring asks less of the jaw and is the sensible place to begin. The larger 5.1 cm ring holds the mouth wider for a more demanding look and greater access.
Bigger is not automatically better. Choose the ring the wearer can hold comfortably rather than the one that looks most impressive in a photo taken thirty seconds before their jaw starts complaining.
Snap both rings together for another option
The two metal rings are designed to be used separately or joined together. Snapping them together changes the thickness of the section held by the mouth without changing the outer 5.1 cm diameter.
Test the joined setup off-body first and confirm both rings are fully seated. If either piece feels loose, uneven or damaged, do not put it between somebody's teeth.
An open mouth changes the whole scene
The circular opening leaves the mouth exposed for fingers, a tongue, oral play or simply the sight of a partner held open and waiting. The wearer may still make noise, but clear speech becomes harder.

Yes, drool is part of the deal

Fit the buckle without crushing the face
Place the chosen ring gently between the teeth, bring the polyurethane straps around the head and close the buckle firmly enough to hold position without forcing the ring backwards.
Keep the nose completely clear and check the lips, teeth, gums, jaw and strap contact points. The gag should not pull painfully at the corners of the mouth or place pressure on the throat.
Use a physical stop signal
Clear speech may be difficult, so agree on a signal before the gag goes in. Dropping an object, tapping three times or another movement the controlling partner can see immediately works better than hoping a muffled noise sounds sufficiently urgent.

Keep oral play slow and controlled
The open ring can provide access, but the wearer cannot close their mouth normally or move away as easily. The person in control must manage depth, pace and every object entering the opening.
Never block the ring, the nose or both breathing paths. Stop immediately for coughing, choking, panic, vomiting, breathing changes, jaw pain or any sign the wearer cannot manage saliva safely.
Make the visual part of the fantasy
Pair the black straps and silver ring with cuffs, a collar or bare skin. Have the wearer kneel, look up and hold still while you decide whether that open mouth gets a finger, a command or nothing at all yet.
Waiting with a ring between the teeth can feel exposing as fuck. Sometimes the best move is to stroke their cheek, admire the view and let them wonder why you are taking so long.
Keep ring-gag sessions short
Jaw fatigue can build even when the fit felt comfortable at first. Check in often, remove the gag for breaks and stop at the first sign of jaw pain, numbness, tooth discomfort or cramping.
